Terms
osiedlo.app terms of service
These terms explain how to use osiedlo.app: what you get, how payment works, and when the service starts. Written plainly, without needless legal jargon.
Who runs the service
osiedlo.app is run by:
Binitive Karol Binkowski, jednoosobowa działalność gospodarcza (JDG), NIP 6832143687, kontakt: hello@osiedlo.app
What osiedlo.app is
osiedlo.app helps you choose a district and neighbourhood to rent or buy in. You talk about your needs with an assistant powered by artificial intelligence (AI), and at the end you get a report: a district ranking, micro-areas, warnings, and a viewing checklist.
The report is guidance to help you decide. It is not legal or financial advice, nor a guarantee about any apartment - the final decision is always yours, and it is worth checking everything in person.
Who can use it
You may use the paid osiedlo.app services if you are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity. Use the service lawfully and do not disrupt how it works.
Payment and invoices
You pay once, upfront. The price is shown in Polish złoty (zł) when you pick a package.
Payments and purchase documents are handled by Polar (Polar Software Inc.) acting as merchant of record. Polar settles VAT and issues the receipt or invoice. We never see your full card details.
When the service starts and your right of withdrawal
osiedlo.app is digital content that we make available immediately after payment. By ticking consent at checkout, you ask us to start the service straight away, before the 14-day withdrawal period ends, and you acknowledge that once the service is fully performed you lose your right of withdrawal.
This follows art. 38 pkt 13 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act. If you do not give that consent, the service starts only after the 14-day withdrawal period has passed.
Complaints
Something did not work? Write to the contact address in the seller details above. We handle complaints within 14 days. For payment and invoice matters you can also contact Polar directly.
You also have access to out-of-court complaint procedures, including the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms - the last-updated date is shown at the bottom of the page. The contract is governed by Polish law and the consumer-protection rules of the European Union.
How we handle your data is described in our Privacy policy.
