Accessibility statement

Conformance status

We build the service to the WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines. The service is largely conformant with them, subject to the known limitations listed below.

What is already in place

• Semantic HTML with landmarks (header, navigation, main content, footer) and a "skip to content" link.
• Full keyboard operability with a clearly visible focus outline.
• Text kept at a solid contrast against its background.
• Respect for the reduced-motion setting (prefers-reduced-motion) - non-essential animation is then turned off.
• Labelled form fields and descriptive link text.
• A Polish and an English version with a language switcher.

Known limitations

• The conversation with the assistant is dynamic - we are refining screen-reader support for each new step.
• Payments are handled by a third party (Polar) whose accessibility we do not fully control.

How we assess accessibility

We test accessibility automatically with axe-core and Lighthouse, complemented by manual keyboard testing. This statement was last reviewed on 8 July 2026.
