How is this different from listing portals?
Portals show hundreds of listings. We first tell you where it’s worth looking. You get a personalised area ranking before wasting evenings scrolling.
Are you an estate agent?
No. We don’t sell or let flats and we take no commission. We only help you decide where to look in the first place: you get a ranking of areas that fit your life, and then you search for the flat wherever you like.
How long does the conversation take?
Usually about 30 minutes. About 20 questions, and most people need fewer. You can come back at any time.
Where does your knowledge about areas come from?
From our own base of 10 cities and their suburbs: 457 areas. Our program writes the descriptions. We reviewed Krakow by hand in full. Where GIOŚ has stations, air quality comes from its measurements. For every area we say how sure we are of the data.
What are micro-areas?
Smaller pockets inside a district: a specific estate or a few blocks of streets. A district can be big and very different inside - living on the main road is not like living 3 streets away. The report uses 3 words: district, micro-area and suburb, a town right next to the city within commuting reach.
Who leads the conversation?
Our automated assistant leads the conversation - not a person. The program builds the ranking: first it scores the fit from your answers and our base, then the assistant writes the reasoning only about places in that base. You decide what counts most.
Can I buy the report as a gift?
Yes. You get the code by email right after payment, and the recipient enters it when they start looking for a place.
