Partly, and we say so plainly: we describe where schools and everyday services already exist and where a new estate is still waiting for them. We hold no nursery or preschool data - those, like admissions and catchment areas, are yours to check. We do not score them in the ranking and we do not rate individual places. Mention it in the conversation and it can land on the checklist in your report.
